Procurement – Internship

In this internship you will use your talents within Procurement at Van Lanschot Kempen. Procurement is responsible for the procurement process of goods and services and to gain competitive advantage.

That is what you will use your talents for in the Procurement Internship at Van Lanschot Kempen. You will help us with the development of our purchasing strategy based on current trends and developments. The goal is to find the right balance between value, cost and risk. To achieve this, Procurement guides the business through the selection, negotiation and contracting process.

You also have the following tasks: 

• Improve, structure and secure sourcing management
• Create preconditions
• Make market and supplier analyses
• Improve Power BI reports
• Improve existing processes in the department where possible

Your talents

Accuracy, dedication and organisation. This is how we can best describe you in the Procurement Internship. Talents that you use to guide our customers in a constantly changing world every day. By thinking out of the box and asking questions. And all will be well if you also proactive and result oriented. Experience with procurement or sourcing is not a requirement as you will gain it during this internship. In addition:

• You are a third year or fourth year Bachelor (WO) student
• You are available for at least 20 weeks based on a minimum of 32 hours per week
• You have strong analytical thinking
• You have good mastery of English, both oral and written
