Position: Marketing Coordinator (m/f/x)

In the role, you will:
Plan project stages and assessing business implications for each stage, as well as monitoring progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
Be responsible for Digital fundamentals design and development (eCommerce content, search, website)
Be the Artwork packaging process owner. You will have responsibility for the effectiveness and results of the Artwork Execution process and its Copy. Accountability may include any combination of Platform, Brand, or Category projects.
Have responsibility in documenting procedures and training materials used by others and leads artwork reviews with other functions, higher level management and supplier hierarchy to build capability to support the business.
Design and develop trade and marketing tools
Manage and track Budget
Organize Internal events
Qualifications
Few years of experience in project management in the area of brand / marketing
Experience in digital marketing (content design, website, search)
Ownership and accountability demonstration; A “can do” attitude is a must
Excellent collaboration and influencing skills
Ability to work autonomously; Can put order in complexity and gives attention to details
Ability in managing expectations and engagement of Marketing and other functions
Proactivity in identifying issues and develops efficient solutions
Fluency in English language
Experience in Artwork and Copy management process and linkage with other key processes and interfaces would be an asset
