We’re looking to recruit a Process Lead ( Packaging ) working at our largest Brewery in the UK – Burton On Trent

Your Purpose

You will be working alongside the Maintenance lead , the process lead has shared responsibility for the performance of the area, working in close collaboration with the Line Lead .

As a Process Lead you will be expected to develop the operating teams’ technical understanding and mastery of process control through data collection and loss analysis.

You will own the integrity of data systems in the department and analyses data to identify and prioritise loss elimination opportunities. Translating the data into actionable activites to win the day by eradicating loss within the department .

  • Takes ownership of developing records and identify, evaluate and implement eternal services and tools
  • Analyses data to identify, track and produce Key Performance Indicators and assist in the use of this data to generate balanced metrics and accurate AOP’s
  • Manipulate, analyse and interpret complex data sets relating to the losses, to help create a loss elimination mindset.
  • Prepare reports for internal and external audiencias using business analytics reporting tools, create data dashboards, graphs and visualisations.
  • Responsible for the escalation of systemic / strategic issues / recommendations. Is able to influence their immediate team and support functions; and the Brewery Leadership Team to win the day through the identification and execution of the Plan for the Day.

  • Ability to analyse and interpret web page reports and transpose into MCBC detail.
  • Ability to manage own time work requirements.
  • You have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • You must have effective written and verbal communications skills whilst being good at presenting.
  • You have a proactive approach to problem solving.
