We are seeking a motivated Process Excellence Specialist/Director to spearhead the efforts in creating efficient and agile processes through the application of digital technologies and lean methodologies.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Process Excellence Specialist/ Director to play a pivotal role in our “Functions of the Futuitire” transformation program. This individual will be responsible for driving scalable process improvements and fostering an agile culture within our organization. The successful candidate will be instrumental in championing change management and implementing transformative initiatives to achieve lean and stable processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the eAGILE transformation program, facilitating business process improvements and change management (20%)
  • Cultivate BPM competencies within functions and sites (10%)
  • Execute improvement roadmaps in collaboration with sites and functions (10%)
  • Develop use cases for business process management framework (10%)
  • Identify and disseminate best practices (10%)
  • Conduct practical evaluation and testing of digital technologies for process mining, modeling, simulation, and automation (10%)
  • Assist in the rollout of standards, methodologies, and frameworks for process excellence (10%)
  • Monitor process performance and provide recommendations for enhancements (10%)
  • Support business process owners in maintaining and improving processes (10%)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years (5 years for Process Excellence Director) of experience in designing and improving business processes
  • Experience in a manufacturing and/or quality/technical services role is preferred
  • Demonstrated teaching and coaching skills
  • Experience in a leadership role (people, projects, teams)
  • Proven negotiation and influencing skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Minimum certification of Six Yellow Belt/Lean Practitioner (Green Belt level expected for Process Excellence Director)
  • Desired certification in Lean Master/Six Sigma Black Belt

Additional Requirements

  • Fluent in English; multiple language skills are desirable but not essential
  • Ability to execute strategies with minimal guidance
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence people at all levels of the organization
  • Effective communication skills for diverse stakeholders
  • Flexibility and quick assimilation of new knowledge and standards
