An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Process Automation (PA) business unit for an experienced Project Administrator to join our team.

Your work field
This role will be instrumental in the administration of projects in our PA business. The position will report to EURA Business Finance Manager. Amongst many factors, success will be dependent on having a sharp eye for detail and the tenacity required to succeed.
As an experienced administrator, this position will be the focal point of Schneider Electric Process Automation’s Project administration across a wide range of industry sectors including oil and gas, pharmaceutical, chemicals, power, food and beverage as well as water and utilities, automotive and energy.
- Support with monthly reporting to provide an overview of current projects
- Take over the coordination between order administration and supply chain
- Setup and closing of projects based on CJ20n
- You are responsible for the SAP-Entry-Calculation-Sheet.
- Tracking and forcecasting of the current projects
- Maintenance of project costs in SAP

Your profile
- Experience in the field of project administration
- SAP experience (module PS, FI & SD) and SAP BI experience
- Good knowledge of MS-Office
- Strong ability to develop and maintain customer relationships (internal and external).
- Innovative, creative and flexible approach.
- Highly self -motivated, proactive, driven and ambitious.
- Requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Commercially astute
- Language – fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Fun character and team player
