37.5hrs/week
Responsibilities
Book interviews and schedule events
Order Office stationery and supplies
Manage & Control Inventory
Maintaining attendance log
Responsible for all Office Purchases
Handle & distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Prepare regular reports and presentations
Make travel arrangements/Hotel Bookings
Update office policies and ensure compliance with them
Maintaining site inventory, Insurances, Accreditations
Maintaining and updating accreditation & all Insurances
Responsible for Key Registrar /Key safe
Maintaining and updating Asset log
Fix IT issues in assistance with service providers
Liaise with Shred it Services
Source new suppliers as and when required
General office admin duties
Managing recruitment, speaking with candidates and interviewes on a daily basis.
Answering the phone and dealing with a wide range of queries and maintaining call Log.
To provide Admin support to Office /HR Manager
To maintain and keep accurate records
To support HR Manager with daily tasks
To follow Data Protection regulations & Confidentiality
