Having built a leading reputation in our key verticals over the last few years – we are opening our US Office with a team of High Performers!

There is an opportunity to join as one of our early US Hires and have a huge input into defining and shaping the culture of our US Business.

We have a fantastic roster of hyper-growth clients, so a fantastic opportunity to join and leverage these accounts.

As a Principal Recruitment Consultant at Codex you will further develop from the high standards you have already achieved; establishing your reputation as a leading recruiter in your field, taking the lead in commercial situations with an awareness of business strategy. Additionally, you will develop skills to mentor more junior members of the team whilst working closely with Management and Senior Leadership teams to promote excellence in all aspects.

As a Principal Consultant, you will:

Have a history of success focused in the EPM market

Have a track record of successful Business Development – Generating and Developing Accounts that can supplement your own and team billings

Have an organised Approach to work with a long-term focus on Relationships and adding value to candidates and clients

Be a successful Individual Performer with the ability to motivate yourself and others
