In your role, you will be in charge of delivering the most complex programs and projects together with the tech teams and the stakeholders, ensuring the alignment of your delivery with the strategic values of Zalando, Partner Services and other business units you are supporting. You will be part of the Partner Tech PMO, and a key individual in contributing to the ways of working and improvements that support the PMO and your colleagues in project- and program management.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
- You will lead cross-department programs and initiatives by defining technical scope and milestones, managing risks and dependencies, planning ahead, driving technical designs and setting the course through your leadership skills.
- You ensure that the programs are set for success, focusing on delivering value and not hours of work.
- Using and adopting the latest industry best practices, you continuously improve the quality of your work and help elevate the work of your peers in the Partner Tech PMO.
- Support the PMO in organizational responsibilities, such as facilitating business reviews, project initiations and communicating with organizational stakeholders.

You are a strategic thinker with a passion for leading high-impact programs and driving successful outcomes. Join us and be part of a team dedicated to making a meaningful impact in our industry.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- You have proven experience as a Program Manager, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously over several years, preferably in IT/Software Development.
- You have a strong understanding of project and program management methodologies and best practices.
- You have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills that you can apply in any context.
- You have demonstrated the ability to drive value-driven results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- PMP or PgMP certification is highly desirable.
- You may have already gained experience in the fashion industry, online retail, fashion- and wholesale business, or article management, that you can leverage in your work.
