Your challenge
You will work in a team of seven employees who deal with a wide range of issues for the clients of LGT Bank (Switzerland) Ltd.
As the responsible operational pricing specialist, you will take on various activities relating to operational pricing (including Retro and Finder’s Fee Management), such as:
- Support for front office (e.g. recording of special conditions, clarification of technical feasibility, onboarding wealth manager/finder)
- Monitoring of quarterly fee charges
- Monthly pricing risk controls
- Optimizations/automation
- Initiation and regular testing of the processes/system
- Collaboration with different stakeholders
- Working on Pricing projects and
- Front office trainings
Your profile
- You have a banking apprenticeship with several years of professional experience in private banking and/or a degree in business administration
- Knowledge in the field of operational pricing is an advantage
- In addition to your German mother tongue, you have a very good command of spoken and written English, good MS Office skills and, advantageously, knowledge of Avaloq
- You are characterized by analytical skills, a flair for numbers and a networked/cross-functional way of thinking
- You are a resilient, reliable, team-oriented and committed person with a high willingness to provide services
