The successful incumbent will help define, prioritize, implement and monitor highly actionable initiatives to
unlock value creation opportunities through pricing with the goal in achieving sustainable and profitable

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
- Report directly to Head of Marketing, responsible for developing and optimizing pricing strategy in alignment with our global pricing strategies in Korea.
- Collaborate with product marketing and sales teams to review and conclude the regular price increase with strong data analytics to support the rationale from behind on a regular basis.
- Work with regional marketing and trade team in the annual planning process in setting and aligning net selling price target.
- Define price strategies through pricing agreement, overwrite and pricing engine to protect margins and sustain our profitable growth.
- Connect with our regional marketing team in conceptualize focus customer agreement development.
- Steer and drive various pricing topics but not limited to topics like average net selling price steering, value for money, make it fit, launch and operationalize pricing agreement / overwrite tools, authorization and matrix of overwrite processes, etc.
- Monitor the results regularly through deep dive into data analytics, pricing cockpit and necessary reports.
- Act as subject matter expert for pricing topics to help and continue their effort and focus on fair pricing roadmap and organize experience exchange when necessary between headquarter market reach team and organizations.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related discipline from reputable university (MBA is an added advantage).
- At least 3 years of experience in product marketing gained in MNCs with strong focus in pricing strategyand management.
- Prefer Global Experience
- Experience in Manufacturing or Construction or equivalent
- Experience in supervising and coaching a small team is an added plus.
- Capable in influencing and working with stakeholders at different levels in a matrix organization.
- Strong analytical and computer savvy in MS Office, SAP and good database know-how.
- Excellent in communicating and presenting in written and spoken English and Korean.
- Results and value oriented, good at identifying opportunities with the possibility to drive and lead change.
- Interested in future career progression and have the mobility to relocate to other countries for future career advancement.
