About the role
Pricer, USG Partnerships support Directors in the business development process targeting U.S Government funding in one or more technical sectors (Health, Agriculture, Economic Growth, Education, Other). You will assist in cost proposal, budget, and budget narrative development as well as maintaining opportunity monitoring systems. This position is remotely based.
Key Responsibilities
- Opportunity identification and tracking: Maintain opportunity tracking systems on potential upcoming USG funding opportunities, and track and analyze the evolution of opportunities over time.
- Proposal & Budget Development: Participate in multi-disciplinary teams that develop timely and high-quality cost and administrative documents that respond to partner needs.
- Strategy: Conducts market research and analysis to inform strategy development.

- Reports to Sr. Director USG Partnerships
Required
Profile
- 3+ years of experience in USG international development finance or budgeting/pricing, with knowledge of applicable CFR and FAR regulations.
- Demonstrated success in proposal budgeting, including the development of templates, tools, and clear and accurate budgets and narratives.
- Excellent spreadsheet skills and fluency in English required.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated self-management/entrepreneurial skills; adaptability and resourcefulness.
