Highly motivated candidates with Ph.D. in Food Science, a strong Academic Track record with publications, and relevant experience in food analysis. Candidates with demonstrably strong experience in laboratory work, and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment with skills in networking, are highly suited for this position. The selected candidate will be expected to conduct laboratory work, analyze samples, prepare manuscripts for publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals, assist in supervising/monitoring undergraduate and graduate students and cooperate with the co-investigators in any external funding applications.Ph.D. degree in Food Science
