How You Make a Difference

• With your strong focus on service, you advise our portfolio managers in the development of their project portfolios at the touchpoint between I/T and its business partners.
• You establish and continually develop the Portfolio Management Competence Center, including the methodology for the central I/T portfolio and minimal standards within I/T.
• You resolve organizational bugs and optimize portfolio and demand management processes.
• Alongside various stakeholders, you help design Swiss Post’s agile work methodology.
• Within I/T, you foster a culture of partnership that encourages cooperation. You maintain contact with the key stakeholders throughout the Group and provide optimum support for the Business I/T cluster in all portfolio management matters.

What You Have To Offer

• You have a higher (tertiary) level qualification, with further training focusing on portfolio management and/or business administration.
• You have in-depth knowledge of project management and portfolio management methods (SAFe, DevOps, Scrum, HERMES, etc.).
• In addition to strong consulting/implementation skills, excellent conceptual skills and very good communication skills, your success-oriented mindset is one of your strengths.
• You embody our I/T culture − “pragmatic and united for our units” − and embrace the agile mindset.
• You have a very good command of German or French and good knowledge of a second national language and English.
