The role of the Portfolio Associate is to provide administrative support to the Client Relationship Managers and the Fiduciary Officer with a primary focus on trust account administration. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with the processing of custodian bank and internal forms related to client requests for distributions, asset transfers, opening and closing of accounts, charitable gifts, and system administration

• Support senior Client Relationship Managers and the Fiduciary Officer in providing responsive, diligent, and excellent client service

• Work with other departments (e.g., Operations, Tax, Compliance, and Trading) to help resolve client issues • Manage the client onboarding process, coordinating with the Operations and Compliance teams

• Coordinate the preparation of trust and investment committee meeting materials and the resulting meeting minutes

• Prepare presentation materials for client meetings

• Maintain electronic files and process any incoming or outgoing documents (e.g., checks, trust instruments, insurance policies, tax documents)

• Analyze current processes and procedures, providing suggestions and using technical skills to add efficiencies and improve internal forms

• Produce and distribute client reports such as performance, asset allocation, and other ad hoc reporting • Ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

• BS/BA or equivalent proven experience

• Minimum of two years’ experience within the financial services industry

• Previous experience in the legal or financial industry assisting with the administration of trust accounts preferred, but not required

• Microsoft Office skills, especially advanced level Excel and PowerPoint

• Previous experience with Advent Portfolio Exchange (APX), SEI Trust 3000, OnBase, Salesforce or DocuSign a plus

• Notary Public (or willingness to become a Notary Public)
