Platform Development Manager

Learning platform and community manager
€50,000 – €60,000 / annum
Fixed term contract (12 months) with a view to extend
Onsite / Hybrid or Remote working

MegaGen is an outward-looking healthcare company working globally. We are developing a global education platform based in the UK & Europe that will function on many levels across our organization.

The Role
An experienced e-learning platform and community manager able to take an end-to-end view of this project.

You will focus on the set-up and launch of the platform creating an innovative and future-proof education experience. You will be closely involved with the content creators and the primary link with the platform developer during this crucial phase.

The right candidate for this position is able to handle site and community development as well as manage the creation and population of the site content. As the project expands the candidate will need to manage the marketing approach including social media and direct communications.

Required Skills
● Able to hit the ground running and utilize all resources to complete various tasks
● Excellent working knowledge of Digital Platforms and technologically minded
● Ability to engage international stakeholders and end-users with an understanding of different global cultures
● Able to develop eLearning solutions through a variety of multimedia i.e gamification, quizzes
● Ability to manage multiple projects and engage stakeholders
● Passionate about learning and technology
● Have a strong understanding of social media practices
● Acting as key contact working with vendor and MegaGen stakeholders to ensure that platform is set up and configured appropriately to meet business needs
● Experience with analytics and reporting

Preferred skills
● Team management experience
● Previous LMS Administration/ Platform Manager experience
● Experience in learning or instructional design
● Adept at picking up new digital platforms and tools
● Organization and development of educational material
● Creation of videos and digital learning assets (e.g. experience with video editing and digital tools are a bonus)
● Experience with test groups and compiling feedback
● Experience with marketing campaign creation and user base growth
● Speaking Korean would be a strength
