Your team
Corporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units and include the Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Organisation & Digital, Risk and Tax departments.
Based in Geneva, this position hierarchically reports to the Head of HR Pictet Wealth Management and functionally to the Global Head of Organisational & Talent Development. As such, you will be covering the Talent Development field for the Pictet Wealth Management (PWM), Pictet Asset Services (PAS) and Pictet Trading Services (PTS) business lines.
Your role
Managing and developing the learning curriculum worldwide for PWM, PAS and PTS, in line with the Pictet Group’s overall Organisational & Talent Development (OTD) strategy.
Further implementing the SAQ certification programme and recertification processes.
Driving the Talent Review process and consolidating the results and insights for executive boards and committees.
Actively contributing to retaining, developing and leveraging talents using effective initiatives such as training workshops, talent conversations, an inclusion culture and relevant processes.
Designing and administering cultural integration and successful onboarding of new joiners.
Actively participating in the OTD Community of Expertise (COE) to create value in the Talent Development function.
Contributing to matters of expertise and co-led projects.
Advising on initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace and monitor KPIs of progress.
Your profile
A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role.
International and people management experience.
MBA and/or Master’s Level.
Coaching accreditation and accreditation for coaching of talents.
Professional HR-related qualifications (NLP, NVC, Neurosciences, System thinking, AI, TA, etc.).
A keen sense of service and strong client focus coupled with an ability to communicate easily with a wide variety of exacting interlocutors working in an international environment.
Significant knowledge of talent management and team effectiveness.
Business acumen in Wealth Management.
Ability to work both strategically and operationally: able to help design development training as well as to ensure high-impact delivery.
Digital learning capabilities (Learning Management System, e.learning, etc.)
Knowledge of adult-based learning and neurosciences.
Highly organised with a rigorous approach to work.
Excellent presentation, communication and soft skills.
Diversity and Inclusion experience would be a plus.
Fluency in both French and English required; German would be a plus but is not mandatory.
Must be resident in Switzerland.
