Within the International Department and reporting to the Retail Director, the Retail Development Manager will be in charge of the optimization of the Retail activity. He/she will lead the development of a culture of excellence throughout the Retail community, the Boutiques performance and operations (Internal Boutique scope).

You will make an impact by:

Co-building and launching coaching program – retention, training, development – for Retail Manager and the Retail community (Boutique Manager, Sales Associate)
Organizing, co- leading and animating internal Retail seminars, present strategy and projects during annual committees
Implementing key Rituals for the Retail community (Monthly Call, Market visit, taskforce…)
Defining, optimizing and implementing targeted Boutique structure, Boutique Manager profile and role, Boutique team organization/delegation to develop the team performance.
Ensuring the implementation of the right reporting tools to monitor sales and major KPIs
Providing specific Retail analysis
Setting-up tailor-made boutique commercial plan: analysis, diagnosis and follow-up
Giving feedback to HQ teams to enhance the tools and further improve client experience
Working closely and liaising with all HQ teams to support global strategies and execute action plans per boutique to reach sales objectives.
Supporting all types of projects impacting retail, liaising with other central Departments
Managing a team of 2 people.

 

The exceptional skills we are looking for:

You possess a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
You have a proven experience in managing a Retail network
You have an advanced knowledge of MS Office
You have a strong experience in managing project transversally
You have strong analytical skills and ability to forecast and strategize
You are able to lead, inspire and develop a strong team
You are strongly able to multitask, maintain focus under pressure and build strong relationships
You are able to translate diagnosis into concrete and ROI driven solutions
You speak fluently in English (knowledge in French is a plus)
