In the very dynamic environment of Jewelry, you will be a key player in the Marketing activities and development of Piaget Jewelry creative product range.
You will take part in the definition of the strategy and the structure of new collections. You will pilot the development and ensure the coordination between all actors (design, manufacture, supply chain, communication, international direction, markets) in order to reach the turnover objectives, product rentability and launch date of novelties. You will be responsible of your product portfolio management, and make recommendations based on deep performance analysis.
You will make an impact by:
Capturing major marketing insights: trends, competitors and specific market expectations
Analyzing the competitive landscape and offers in your market (new products, prices, communication) to identify trends and consumer needs
Collaborating closely with markets to increase understanding of our clients and identify upfront potential threats and opportunities in order to drive proper product development
Analyzing the performance of Jewelry, monthly reports to the top-management requiring a deep understanding of the market and strong analytical skills
Driving the novelties definition process (design and development briefs and follow-up)
Elaborating the product launch strategy in close collaboration with the involved teams, leading of the product launch roll-out
Working on novelties implementation strategy closely with International Sales team (assortment policy, priority markets, pre-launches, sales forecast, launch quantities, cannibalization effects…)
Collaborating to the creation of collections story-telling, taking part in the communication concept definition and to collection names initiatives
Creating toolkits to support the international Sales teams: pre-collections, creation of product news, organization of product presentation for our subsidiaries
Managing the unit portfolio
The exceptional skills we are looking for:
You possess a Master’s degree in Marketing followed by a professional experience of 2-5 years within the Luxury/fashion industry
You have a strong team spirit and the ability to work with various stakeholders
You have strong communication skills (both written and oral) in English and French.
You are at ease with MS Office, ThinkCell is a plus
