Are you
Currently studying for your bachelor’s degree, looking for an academic placement to complete your degree,
Demonstrable and proficient professional communication skills
Have a High sense of confidentiality, reliability, and efficiency
Fluent in written and spoken English, French is a plus
If yes to the above – You will join the administrative crew supporting the Smoke-Free Products Commercialization Global Team in daily activities. You will be based in our headquarter in Lausanne.
Roles & Objectives
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the Global team in HQ
Makes travel arrangements, such as visa application, flight/hotel booking
Manage end-to-end expense process for the team
Conferences and Events planning and organization
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
