Summary Of The Position

We are seeking an Associate Director Business Analytics Europe. This position will support the European Organization with development of business insight and business analytics. You will act as the link between the Global Business Analytics Team and in close collaboration with the European Management Team participate in the European business development and management. This position reports to the European Head of Customer Engagement and Market Access with a close collaboration with the Global BA Team.

You Will Add Value By

Acting as the link between Global Business Analytics and the European organization
Support the European Management team with data collection and analytic insights for strategic decisions
Lead the continued collection of European Competitor Insight and development of analytic reports to support strategic decisions and business management for both Marketing and Commercial purposes
Lead the continued country specific Market Insight collection to track performance and follow the development of the markets
Development of country specific Market Trends to support strategic decisions
Business Case Development to support the ongoing business and strategic decisions
Active participation in go to market strategy development
Development and managing regular and ad hoc sales analytics and sales reports
Actively support the European sales forecast development with needed data and analysis
Collection of potential European partner insight and analytics as preparation for new partner deals
Development of regular performance reports for countries/regions managed by partners
In close collaboration with the global Business Analytics team represent the European organization in Global Market Research projects
Be the main driver and lead specific European Market Research projects

You Will Add Value With

Minimum of 7 yrs. successful experience in Business Analytics positions within a pharmaceutical company
Minimum of 3 yrs. experience in a global or regional role supporting a management team with strategic Business Insight
B.A./B.S. required, MBA a plus.
Proven track record of achieving targets and goals – in a complex and dynamic company
Excellent skills in translating numbers and data to conclusions and recommendations
Experienced in start-up environment a plus
Fluent In English is a must, second European language a plus
Strong collaborative, highly customer focused, presentation and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated strong analytic skills with the ability to translate collected data to business recommendations
Thrives in changing and ambiguous environments requiring flexibility, agility, and creativity.
