Pförtner & Sicherheitsfachkraft (m/f/d)

Aktuell suchen wir am Standort in Rosenheim einen engagierten und motivierten Pförtner und Sicherheitsfachkraft. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position vereinst du die klassischen Empfangstätigkeiten einer Rezeption mit den Monitoringaufgaben eines Sicherheitsdienstes.

Deine Aufgaben

Du empfängst unsere internationalen Gäste freundlich wie professionell und meldest diese ordnungsgemäß an. Auch für unsere Logistikpartner und externen Dienstleister bist du der erste Ansprechpartner genauso wie du unsere Mitarbeiter bei ihren alltäglichen Anliegen gerne im Rahmen deiner Möglichkeiten unterstützt. Die Bearbeitung der Eingangspost sowie die Frankierung der Ausgangspost gehört ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabengebiet.

Außerhalb der regulären Öffnungszeiten überwachst du die technischen Anlagen und das Werksgelände über unsere Video- und Einbruchmeldeanlage. In der Funktion einer Sicherheitszentrale bist du zentrale Kontaktperson des externen Bestreifungsdienstes und Meldezentrale aller alarmgebenden Anlagen.

Dein Profil

• Erfolgreicher Schulabschluss und Ausbildung im Sicherheitsbereich
• Praktische Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
• Erfahrung an der Rezeption oder am Empfang ist von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, Zuverlässigkeit und Integrität
• Bereitschaft im Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten
• Fundierte MS-Office Kenntnisse
• Gute bis sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse
