has soft skills → for god’s sake, this is sales (if you write poetry, it’s a plus);
has good excellent communication skills → this is super important;
has a good sense of humor → we ‘work hard, party harder’;
is relentlessly resourceful → don’t apply before you read this article; twice;
aims to be better every day → we secretly all want that, don’t we?
is proactive → we don’t guide you too much, you’re your own leader;
is coachable → means open to asking for and receiving feedback, looking inward at how you can move forward, and being interested in growth;
is super reliable → of course, but we added this here so we don’t forget;
is savvy → know what to do, who to talk to, what to write and when to do it to get to the bottom line (not necessarily all at the same time)
