Alcedo Care has exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Alcedo Care family. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is hardworking, result oriented and perseverant with flair in selling and customer service.
This is a business-critical position and is an integral part of supporting our management teams in identifying best in class staff to join the team.
This position is a 50/50 split of working on internal positions but also sourcing & working on permanent recruitment position externally. This position can be based within one of our 11 branches but ideally you would be based from our Chester or Preston branch.

What will you do?
- Source suitable candidates for a variety of inhouse positions, interviewing & conducting in-depth screen with candidates.
- Manage the recruitment/candidate experience cycle start to end
- Source and create a pipeline of external clients & candidates to generate business but also work on permanent vacancies refer by the branches
- Ensure that all KPI’s are adhere to and that all recruitment systems are updated with the relevant MI to produce weekly and monthly reporting
- Work closely with our recruitment & marketing team to utilise our social media and job board platforms
What do we need?
- An experience permanent recruiter (internal or agency) ideally from within the Health & Social Care sector experience.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and generating a pipeline of clients and candidates
- Highly organised with the ability to multi task and deal with constantly changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills to deal with candidates and managers at all levels
- Good computer skills with knowledge and experience of using the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- Database management experience preferably gained using an applicant management system
