Your missionLooking for an exciting, hands-on performance marketing role that gives you high business exposure and the opportunity to grow a fresh start-up into a successful market-changing business?��� Develop a top-level strategy & translate it into channel-specific actions��� Deliver effective marketing campaign execution in all digital performance acquisition channels across search engines, social, app store optimization and display advertising��� Drive business growth through performance channel with a focus on user acquisition, oder value & frequency��� Design, plan & execute digital channel roadmaps��� Performance monitoring & insights��� Constantly evaluate our marketing mix using funnel metrics, CAC, and LTV:CAC��� Identify new acquisition channels & develop marketing campaigns while constantly assessing ROIYour profile��� You have experience and proven capabilities in leading performance marketing, ideally within e-commerce��� You have the ability to maximise ROI on budget��� You have substantiation knowledge of digital ad platforms��� You have strong analytical skills��� You have 3+ years of relevant experience in online/ growth/ digital/ performance marketing��� You are a strong team player with strong problem-solving skills
