To this day we have delivered more than 150.000 treatments and have already successfully treated thousands of patients. Therefore we are looking for active support for our Performance Marketing Team to drive our ambitious vision forward.

What’s the role?
- Support of Performance Marketing Manager – Assist our marketing managers in their day to day marketing operations in paid acquisition channels
- Analysis of campaign performance – Run and optimize various reports on campaign performance for specific channels
- Responsibility for various marketing experiments – Regular implementation and documentation of marketing experiments on different channels
- Optimization of our landing page – Support the analysis of our landing page performance and develop new concepts together with your team
- Quality assurance on BI data – Assist in the review and analysis of the performance measurement data of the channels used
What are we looking for?
- Educational background – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business administration or in another relevant field
- Working experience – Initial experience in a start-up or other dynamic environment is an advantage, but not a must
- Working skills – Independent and structured way of working as well as a analytical, proactive and solution-oriented working style
- Personal skills – Entrepreneurial, agile and enthusiastic team player with strong organizational and communication skills
- Language skills – Fluent in English; fluent in German is a big plus
