We’re looking for an ambitious, self-motivated, creative thinker with demonstrable creative writing skills to help us elevate our brands. As a member of the creative team, working under the Lead Designer, the Junior Copywriter will be expected to develop their skills, working with their passion for writing to expand and improve. You’ll write and edit copy on a variety of projects (including print, web, mobile, video, and social media), working closely with the account and design teams to brainstorm ideas and develop engaging messaging.

What You’ll Get Up To

Continually raise the bar on creativity, writing fresh copy that connects and drives action.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of communication and industry trends.

Stay updated on appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistency in messaging.

Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts.

Write original copy and edit content for a range of media.

Collaborate with a team of account managers and creatives from concept development to delivery of final product.

Be able to present copy concepts and final deliverables to internal teams

Revise copy based on internal and client feedback/direction.

Support production planning and co-ordination

Your Experience And Ability

Qualifications/Requirements

Demonstrable passion for writing in English and the willingness to learn from other creative professionals.

The ability to think creatively and translate ideas into copy.

Ability to take and use constructive criticism.

Strong communication skills to work across multiple stakeholders.

An eye for detail and a desire for perfection.

Great organisational skills.

Relevant qualification in copywriting or similar.

Some copywriting experience preferred.
