Your Commitment will include

• As an experienced leader, you drive the development of our agile organization in application management.
• You are an ambassador for agile principles, promoting a “Growth Mindset” and inspiring employees to find independent solutions, take responsibility, and share knowledge.
• You are the go-to person for non-technical concerns, fostering a trusting atmosphere.
• You focus on the professional and personal development of employees, skillfully mentoring and coaching them.
• You are responsible for leading three agile teams.

Requirements

Achieving the difference requires

• You have a higher degree in business or technical studies (university or FH), supplemented by further training in change management and/or coaching, and agile transformation.
• You see yourself as a team player, are part of a leadership team, and communicate effectively and on equal footing.
• In addition to agile leadership skills, you have experience guiding employees towards self-organization, recruiting, and leading medium-sized teams (15-30 people).
• You have a deep understanding of agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban and are knowledgeable in lean management.
• You view change as an opportunity, willingly take on responsibility, and your leadership style is characterized by empathy.
