Location: Paisley (hybrid role working between home and office)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term contract until 30th December 2022
Salary: £18,226 – £20,796 per annum (pro rata)

About this opportunity **
Every year the British Red Cross support health services nationwide cope with their additional demand through the winter period. This could be help at home or hospital or the journey between them.
We are looking for 2 People Support Administrators to join the British Red Cross People Support team in our Shared Services Centre in Paisley.
In this versatile role, you will deliver first class administrative and systems support in relation to the full recruitment and employee/volunteer life-cycle journey adhering to BRC policies, processes and procedures.
Liaising with Recruitment, HR and Payroll, you will play a key role in ensuring we recruit and retain the best possible people to help us make a difference to the lives of people in crisis.
What we are looking for
Your previous experience of delivering high quality customer service in a fast-paced service centre function has given you fast and accurate keying skills and the ability to handle high volume processing and queries in a timely manner, preferably with experience using a call logging system.
You’ve got good office skills, and you particularly feel comfortable using Microsoft Office and Excel.
Previous experience in a HR, Recruitment or OnBoarding environment would be an advantage, but we are keen to hear from candidates with excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
