What does the role involve?

Reporting into the HR Operations Manager, The People Services Co-ordinator will support the daily activities of the HR department which supports the wider business. Working in a small team you will be a key contact in supporting employees and line managers with a variety of queries. Working closely with other areas of the HR team, such as Talent and HR Business Partners. Assisting with the onboarding process, all employee lifecycle related queries and processes from across Novuna’s different Business Units.

Some Of Your Key Duties Will Include

  • Processing new offers and employment contracts for new starters
  • Processing and managing the pre-employment screening process for new starters
  • Managing the team inbox and replying to queries in a timely manner
  • Support on a variety of HR processes and procedures, from employees joining, to leaving and everything in between.

What are we looking for?

An effective People Services Co-ordinator will have a strong combination of customer service and communication skills, they will always bear people in mind and look to provide a 1 st class service in their daily activities. Embodying a strong “Can-do” attitude to assist with HR processes and procedures.

Also, We’re Looking For The Following

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • IT Proficiency (Outlook, Excel etc.)
  • Experience of working in HR is a plus!
