Essential Expertise:

• 2-5 years of work experience as a People Partner/HRBP/HR Manager or in a similar role
• Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools
• Experience in implementing & proving changes in HR projects
• Problem-solving & conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the company
• Excellent communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
• Upper-Intermediate English level

Key Contributions:

• Full employee lifecycle
• Working closely with the recruitment team & providing support in the final selection process
• Supporting managers in performance management initiatives and restructuring where necessary
• HR Policies updating & implementing, fulfilling HRIS system regularly, working closely with the HR Data Analytics, etc
• Taking part in various HR new projects, providing new ideas & initiatives
