Do you want to be part of this adventure?

As a People Legal and Admin /Payroll Specialist your mission will be:

  • People Administration
  • Payroll (consolidation of payroll information, accounting, contact with the external payroll provider, etc…)
  • Legal (contact with our lawyers, responsible for disciplinary procedures, optimization of contracts, legal advice to managers and People BP…)
  • Administration (legal declaration, DUE, contracts, etc…)
  • Contact with employees (explanation of payslips, corrections in the system if needed etc…)
  • Reporting
  • Maintain the communication between the different stakeholders
  • Ensure the proper enforcement of current legislation

You are THE candidate we are looking for if…

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in retail industry)
  • You have Degree in Business Administration, Law or similar
  • You speak fluent English & Spanish
  • Any other language is an asset
  • You have already worked with SAP or SSFF (it’s an asset)
