As a People Legal and Admin /Payroll Specialist your mission will be:
- People Administration
- Payroll (consolidation of payroll information, accounting, contact with the external payroll provider, etc…)
- Legal (contact with our lawyers, responsible for disciplinary procedures, optimization of contracts, legal advice to managers and People BP…)
- Administration (legal declaration, DUE, contracts, etc…)
- Contact with employees (explanation of payslips, corrections in the system if needed etc…)
- Reporting
- Maintain the communication between the different stakeholders
- Ensure the proper enforcement of current legislation
You are THE candidate we are looking for if…
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in retail industry)
- You have Degree in Business Administration, Law or similar
- You speak fluent English & Spanish
- Any other language is an asset
- You have already worked with SAP or SSFF (it’s an asset)
