In this role, you will lead a diverse group of professionals, including software and hardware developers, architects, and project leaders. You will support them in all people-related matters including their growth and collaboration with stakeholders.
You do not need to have a technical background, but you are expected to develop a high-level understanding of their work over time.

Your tasks
- Provide line management for your employees, including performance management, training and recruitment
- Develop talent through coaching and mentoring, manage conflicts effectively
- Contribute to the organizational development of R&D and continuous improvement of existing processes
- Guide teams and individuals through change processes, facilitate knowledge sharing
- Embody and strengthen company culture and values, foster employee engagement
- Manage the supply of both soft and technical skills to our development teams
Your profile
- University degree, preferably in Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
- Additional qualification in coaching and change management is a strong plus
- 5+ years of experience in people management, preferably in a technical or research environment
- Strong leadership skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to address interpersonal matters
- Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to advocate for oneself. A positive, proactive, and can-do attitude
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written. German language skills are a plus
