Terms of Employment: Consultancy, 40 hours a week

Reports to: People and Operations Senior Manager – International

Position Location: Remote – Global south natives and/or inhabitants are preferred

Remuneration: To be defined according to location and experience

Language requirement: Fluent English (Proficiency in Spanish is a plus)

We use negotiations, investigations, peaceful direct actions, and innovative campaigning methods to expose the suffering of farmed animals and to help build a world in which no animals are exploited for food.

Sinergia Animal is seeking a People and Operations Assistant to help us improve our operations and cultivate a supportive and inclusive work environment for all our collaborators. The People and Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting activities such as Recruitment, Training, Feedback Cycles, and Operations.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the Recruitment Process for all job openings; 

Creating and coordinating training sessions for the development of our team;

Managing our Training and Resources Platform;

Monitoring and reporting on the progress of actions taken to improve culture;

Helping and controlling the team and leadership’s access for different platforms; 

Identifying external trends and recognizing best practices to increase diversity and an empathic working culture among the collaborators.

Requirements:

Studying or recently graduated in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related areas;

Can-do attitude; 

Organized;

Excellent multitasking and time-management skills;

Critical thinking and problem-solving;

A great team player, but can also do the job independently;

An affinity with animal rights issues and vegan lifestyle is highly desirable;

Commitment to the mission and objectives of the organization.
