Job Summary

Support of the stabilization of the UKG Pro (HRIS) system by updating messages within the UKG Pro system on benefits. Work with teams to audit and edit messages on the SharePoint site and system for clear communications to employees. Support in redesigning the P & C benefits SharePoint site. Update Poster Guard posters on all floors in HQ Atlanta. Follow up on retirees checks and send out reminders. Retrieving audit requests for employees files from the filling room.

Responsibilities

• Take on support projects with the HR Service Center and Total Rewards team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters
• High level of verbal proficiency.
• High level of writing proficiency.
• Proficient in Office 365 suite. (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Sharepoint exposure, System savvy, Web design)
• Technical skills;
• Create presentation.

• Analytical research.
