Requirements
– 5+ years of Human Resources experience in IT company;
– Deep knowledge and understanding in employee relations/learning and development;
– Previous experience with distributed teams, outsource/outstaff employment;
– In-depth knowledge of IT industry;
– Ability to handle multiple projects and keep deadlines;
– Outstanding personality: patient, helpful, stress resistant with a sense of humor;
– Good command of English (Upper intermediate+).
Responsibilities
– Implementing and supporting HR processes, developing corporate culture, aims and values;
– Cooperating closely with employees and management regarding projects and policies;
– Supporting employees’ engagement and motivations;
– Organizing corporate events and all internal activities;
– Supporting new employees’ adaptation, assessment, career development, salary review, etc
– Organize internal employees’ rotation;
– Collecting and analyzing HR metrics.
