Job Description – People Analytics Intern
The People Analytics Intern performs analysis and reporting regarding Sabre workforce and people related financials. This role will contribute to the creation and maintenance of people metrics, dashboards, reports, and communication tools, helping people leaders make great decisions.
Role And Responsibilities
- Architect, design, build and maintain reliable workforce reporting analysis and automation
- Automate reporting and analytics that are done manually today
- Support Global Operations team in total cost of workforce financial analysis
- Analyze workforce data to glean valuable, actionable information to be put into easily consumable reports and communications
- Work with Finance on workforce planning forecasting accuracy
- Work with People Business Partner teams to understand workforce reporting/automation needs
Preferred Qualifications And Education Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills; proficient level skills in data manipulation and data modeling; highest standards of accuracy and precision
- Excellent financial acumen
- Curious mindset and self-starter; be interested in the story that the numbers are telling and able to communicate messages clearly and concisely
- Solid business acumen, with a commercial mindset; target and delivery focused
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work across an organization, developing key relationships
- Proficient level with Microsoft applications, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; knowledge of third-party dashboarding tools is preferable (QlikView/QlikSense)
