About The Role

We’re delighted to share a new permanent opportunity that has arisen within our International Bond teams.

Our International Bond Customer Service teams support UK based advisers and their clients. International Bond clients are typically the wealthiest customers on an advisers’ books. The expectation is for exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do

As part of our Customer Service team you will:

  • build satisfaction and trust with advisers and customers
  • respond efficiently, accurately and fairly to customer inquiries using the correct processes and procedures
  • have a broad overview of the life cycle of an International Bond
  • collaborate with colleagues outside of your team to fully understand the customer journey
  • maximise opportunities to retain and grow business
  • be proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution
  • identify areas of opportunity and proactively work with the appropriate teammates to develop and improve processes to drive continuous process improvement

What You Need

We’re looking for self-motivated individuals who are passionate about providing an exceptional customer and adviser experience. You will also:

  • have a minimum of 2 years experience in International Bonds or dealing with High Net Worth customers and their advisers
  • Be QFA/CII (or equivalent) qualified
  • have a natural flair for customer service; meeting and frequently exceeding customer needs and expectations
  • have strong communication skills
  • have an understanding of chargeable events and tax planning opportunities available under the product features
  • have an ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • have a positive attitude and willingness to serve others
  • have a relentless passion for providing a world class experience
  • demonstrate a high level of critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • demonstrate flexibility in working patterns to meet business needs and customer volumes
