Idmibok International is looking to develop a comprehensive database of experts to provide technical expertise on current and upcoming programs including providing support with proposal submissions in the areas listed below.
Peace Building, Conflict Analysis and Resilience Expert
The expert will provide technical expertise on programs focused on conflict prevention and conflict sensitivity outcomes. S/he will be responsible for drafting quality input to peacebuilding project reports, proposal submission efforts, conflict analysis and supporting the design of Monitoring and Evaluation, systems to ensure an impact-driven response across the peacebuilding programs.
The candidate must possess experience on programs related to conflict management, conflict sensitivity, community-based approaches, and the development of policy recommendations. S/he should have the ability to provide technical guidance and training within the peacebuilding, conflict management or similar sectors. The expert must also have experience liaising with donors and Government authorities while working in complex and politically sensitive regions.
