Summary
Install, maintain and upgrade the organizations technology systems and to be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the IT network and system components in Erbil HQ office.
Key Responsibilities
��� Configure, test and maintain windows desktops, servers and printers.
��� Configure, test and maintain Cisco Routers and Switches.
��� Respond to the IT needs of the employees in Erbil HQ Office.
��� Provide technical assistance as needed to facilitate resolution of change requests and incidents escalated to IT Operations.
��� Analyze systems issues and engage internal subject matter experts as required for resolution or further investigation.
��� Manage critical situations by acting as a single point of contact and liaison to the IT operations team.
��� Communicate issue status to users and management.
��� Perform tasks in compliance with corporate security programs, change management, incident management and other processes.
��� Identify opportunities to provide systems access and… training to the Helpdesk Team to reduce the number of incidents that are escalated to IT operations.
��� Recommend system improvements based on user feedback and support issues.
��� Seek to continuously improve basic methods and practices of the IT operations team.
��� Provide training and guidance for other team members.
��� Provide weekly /Daily report and maintain IT asset Database.
Competencies

��� MSCE or MCTP, CCNA certification will be preferred.
