As a member of a small team, the Payroll Specialist is responsible for the payroll administration.

The Main Tasks And Responsibilities Include

  • Payroll administration from A-Z (SAP) and Payroll run
  • Monthly closings
  • Establishment of year-end closing of social insurances
  • Establishment of statistics and reports
  • Point of contact for employees, authorities, insurance broker in regards to payroll and Social insurances
  • various administrative tasks

The ideal candidate is

  • a team player with an interdisciplinary thinking and solution-oriented working attitude
  • able to work independently, detail- as well as target-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Degree of a commercial apprenticeship and a further education as Payroll Specialist
  • More than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Working experience in an international environment
  • Profound knowledge of the salary process and Swiss social insurances
  • Experience in SAP payroll and Workday
  • Good Excel skills
  • Very good German and English language skills oral and written
