As a member of a small team, the Payroll Specialist is responsible for the payroll administration.
The Main Tasks And Responsibilities Include
- Payroll administration from A-Z (SAP) and Payroll run
- Monthly closings
- Establishment of year-end closing of social insurances
- Establishment of statistics and reports
- Point of contact for employees, authorities, insurance broker in regards to payroll and Social insurances
- various administrative tasks
The ideal candidate is
- a team player with an interdisciplinary thinking and solution-oriented working attitude
- able to work independently, detail- as well as target-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure
Qualifications And Requirements
- Degree of a commercial apprenticeship and a further education as Payroll Specialist
- More than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Working experience in an international environment
- Profound knowledge of the salary process and Swiss social insurances
- Experience in SAP payroll and Workday
- Good Excel skills
- Very good German and English language skills oral and written
