GES are currently recruiting a Part Time Payroll Coordinator to come and join our Payroll Team. You will provide support to the Payroll Team assisting in processing the monthly payrolls.

What will you do?

You will:

  • Support the preparation of the monthly UK payroll, include a mix of hourly paid and salaried staff.
  • Support the preparation of the monthly International payrolls.
  • Review New Starter details and input to payroll. Calculate pro rate salaries.
  • Review Leaver Details and input to payroll. Calculate holiday balances and pro rate salaries.
  • Collate, check and import overtime.
  • Calculation of all taxes and statutory payments (NI, PAYE, SSP, SMP etc)
  • Support the monthly payroll sign off duties pension assessment / payroll update / payroll reports to FC / BACS export.
  • Production and distribution P45s
  • Liaise with third parties, i.e. HMRC P32 FPS EPS reconciliation and submission / Court Orders etc.
  • Interface with HR function and key contacts across the group
  • Support on testing and implementation of a new Payroll system
  • To support with and action all payroll queries
  • Provide cross operational team support as and when required

Who you are

You will be an excellent communicator, have great attention to detail and be proficient in time management. You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and will have experience working in a similar role.
