About Our Client

Our Client are a leading service provider who are specialists in their industry. Our Client has successfully grown their business over the past few years and are looking to bring in a Payroll Assistant to join the Payroll team, due to business growth.

Job Description

As a Payroll Assistant, you will report directly to the Head of Payroll and be responsible for, however not limited to;

  • Running weekly end to end payroll, including; transacting changes, inputting variable pay and auditing payments.
  • Ensuring compliance with HMRC legislation and company policies.
  • Completing accurate and efficient reporting of all Payroll data to HMRC and third parties.
  • Identifying opportunities to deliver process improvements and smarter ways of working.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have;

  • Experience working in Payroll
  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to multi-task
  • Have the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Have excellent attention to detail

What’s On Offer

Salary is up to £28,000 per annum depending on your level of experience

Working hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm Mon-Fri with 1 hour lunch
