Well Placed HR have been engaged by a major Cornish employer who urgently seek to recruit an an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their people management/finance team as soon as possible – ideally yesterday! The role is offered on a full time, permanent basis and will be based at the company’s offices in Helston.
Role Responsibilities To Include
The business has an employee headcount that exceeds 350 employees and the successful candidate will join a well-established payroll provisioning team.
- Assist in the administration of payroll related activities and manage benefits
- Process data from time management systems
- Maintain and update employee payroll records
- Evaluate and process timesheets
- Work closely with HR team to ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist staff with pay, taxation and benefits queries
- Resolve any payroll discrepancies
We’re seeking an experienced payroller for this position and the successful candidate should possess at least two years of recently gained exposure gained within a similar setting. Candidates with either a commercial, NFP or practice-based background will be equally considered for the position. The role will offer a competitive salary and will be negotiable dependent on experience.
