We’re looking for a Payments & Cash Specialist to:

• investigate inquiries around payments and cash management products and processes
• handle global cash movements in all currencies and bank products
• manage large payments, monitoring flows across systems within our firm
• act as a single point of contact for multinational clients regarding the whole payment services
• investigate the status of payments which were not processed as expected

Your team
You’ll be working in the Customer Relations Zürich team in Opfikon. We ensure timely and correct execution of payment orders and other payments and cash management related services. As a Payments & Cash Specialist you will become part of our experienced Payments Customer Relations Team in Opfikon.

Your expertise

• fluent in German and English; every other language would be an advantage
• strong focus on quality, accuracy and timely delivery
• ability to work independently and as part of a team
• experience in payments is a strong plus

• interested in digitalization, automation and process optimization
