We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused payments specialist to join our B4B Payments Relations team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries related to payment services, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

  • act as direct Payments Services Investigations Specialist for payment inquiries of financial institutions
  • investigate inquiries around payments and cash management products and processes
  • handle global cash movements in all currencies and bank products
  • manage large payments, monitoring flows across systems within our firm

Your team
As a payments specialist, you will become part of our B4B Payments Relations team in Schaffhausen. With a focus on accuracy and attention to detail, our team works diligently to ensure that all queries are processed in a timely manner and resolved quickly. We stand in direct contact with our customers to achieve a positive customer experience and to ensure a short way of contact.

Your expertise

  • very fluent in German and English; every other language would be an advantage
  • excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • strong focus on quality, accuracy and timely delivery
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • previous experience in payments preferred
  • skill to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively within selected timelines
  • affinity to detect issues and strong solution-oriented skills
  • interested in digitalization, automation and process optimization
