We are delighted to be working with one of the UK’s leading social care charities committed to meaningful and impactful work to recruit a Partnerships and Community Projects Delivery Manager.
The Partnerships and Community Projects Delivery Manager will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing innovative programs and relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Direct and manage diverse projects, from national campaigns to local community initiatives, ensuring meaningful impact and clear outcomes.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate strong partnerships with exceptional brands and organisations, fostering new opportunities for learning and collaboration.
- Team Leadership: Lead and support a talented and diverse team, providing direction and encouragement for successful project implementation.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, including persuasive writing and presentation abilities.
- Problem-Solving: Identify opportunities for improvement and actively contribute to making a positive impact on the lives of the people we support.
If you have nurtured and built projects and programmes on a national scale with large funders and brands, such as Gilette, Addidas, National Football teams, Museums, Zoos or Eurovision within the charity sector focusing on mental health, autism or learning disabilities, we would be delighted to hear from you.
Person specification:
- Natural ability to lead and manage diverse projects from inception to completion.
- Proficient in budget management and evaluation, ensuring optimal project outcomes.
- Strong leadership skills with expertise in workforce planning.
- Experience in line managing a diverse team, providing direction and support for successful project implementation.
- Proven ability to create conditions for project success with a focus on articulated outcomes.
- Skilled in engaging stakeholders effectively, generating feedback, and mobilising teams for national projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including persuasive writing and presentation abilities.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and earning trust and buy-in.
