Here’s where you come in:

As Partnership Manager, WV UCR, you will manage a team of partnership coordinators (3), a capacity specialist (1) and a vetting officer (1). You will be overall responsible to spearhead partnering processes (INGOs, NNGOS and government) and elements of capacity development for World Vision Ukraine Crisis Response partners (mostly focused on NNGOs) in the three countries where World Vision is currently responding. World Vision implements partly through partners and partly by implementing projects themselves. You will be held accountable for his/her team completing all vetting processes related to the onboarding of potential partners and internal partnering procedures are followed regarding selection, capacity building, regular reviews and exit strategies.

Requirements include:

  • Degree in relevant field (Development, Social Sciences, International development/ International relations).
  • 6 years of experience in the field of development issues, compliance management or auditing, partnering, and humanitarian emergency affairs in conflict and post-conflict settings.
  • Demonstrates well-developed interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as negotiation skills.
  • Experienced in working with national organizations, capacity building activities and organizational development of organizations.
  • Good English languages skills, Ukrainian or Russian is an asset.
  • Work environment: Ukraine, with some travel to Moldova and Romania.
