Here’s where you come in:

As the Partnership Impact Measurement and Reporting Director, you will lead the Partnership Impact Measurement and Reporting process across all funding streams and program types. You will provide technical leadership and coordination to the regular reach and impact data acquisition from routine and outcome monitoring, baseline and evaluation assessments etc. Collected data will be transformed into credible evidence of impact to enable the World Vision (WV) Partnership to consistently track strategy realization at the level of individual Strategic Imperative.

In collaboration with technical/sector leads, findings of Partnership Impact Measurement will be interpreted for continuous improvement of our programming. Partnership Impact Reports will also serve as a foundation for confident impact communication both internally and externally.
