Our International Programme Division are currently recruiting for the position of a Partnership and Contract Coordinator (Internal Applicants only). The Partnership and Contract Coordinator will be responsible to ensure timely accomplishment of all partnership and contracts related screening, re-screening, agreement, contract, extension, renewal activities in collaboration with IRW and IRMM relevant desk and department and in line with all legal and organizational standard and compliance. Oversight, plan and mitigate legal and compliance risk in relation to partnership, agreement and contracts of services and supplies.

The Successful Candidate Must Have Or Be

  • Minimum Master’s degree in any relevant discipline
  • Substantial years of experience with an International NGO in a senior position;
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Good communication skills, excellent interpersonal, and negotiation skills to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment, often at a distance
  • Ability to facilitate, maintain and manage good working relationships between staff, vendors, suppliers etc.
  • Excellent writing and contracts, agreement drafting skill.
  • Capacity building experience including training and skills development
  • Ability to prioritise own workload and work with minimal supervision
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30% of time, mostly to remote areas.
