Meta’s Media Partnerships team is hiring a Partner Solutions Manager to work with media organizations, including broadcasters, digital publishers, streamers, studios, sports leagues, teams and more. This role collaborates with Strategic Partner Managers, Product Teams, Marketing, Data Analysts, and Operations to help Meta and our partners unlock business value across Meta’s family of apps.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage partnership initiatives that drive product adoption and partner business value through Meta’s family of apps
  • Support media partners and liaise with Strategic Partner Managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure that partners have the best possible experience on our platforms
  • Understand partners’ core business needs and propose innovative solutions and opportunities
  • Own data analyses, form hypotheses, and develop frameworks to deliver insights that will improve partner performance
  • Proactively analyze and communicate metrics and market trends as they relate to media
  • Serve as an internal advocate in connecting teams to product and operational solutions
  • Lead product onboarding with in-depth partner education sessions and scaled workshops

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree
  • Extensive experience in strategic account/partner/project management, operations, customer success, consulting or equivalent
  • Experience working with external stakeholders and/or clients
  • Experience leveraging data to influence business decisions
  • Understanding of media ecosystem
  • Experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative
  • Fluent in Arabic and English

Preferred Qualifications:
